No your ego is not a waffle, but, as classically imagined, it is an inadequate representation of your true self. It's the part of you that feels offended, or threatened or embarrassed. It might also amuse you to know that any time anyone is talking about your "ego" it is their ego doing the talking. It's everyone's bs. Your ego is your Clark Kent, while you are really Superman. So turn down the volume on this set of silly reactions and set yourself free to be the real you, beyond judgement and pretending. Peace,
