Happy Thanksgiving!

Long before I'd heard of Ho'oponopono Thanksgiving was always my favorite holiday. Don't get me wrong, I loved Christmas and all that stuff, but I just like Thanksgiving better and now I think I know why. Saying "thank you" is a powerful cleaning tool and when you mix in the powerful love you have for all those things you're grateful for, you end up at zero or pretty close to it all day as you relax, visit, maybe watch some football and eat. It feels so good and it's the way we are supposed to feel all the time, and do feel all the time when we're at zero. Another great thing about origin of Thanksgiving. Legend has it that it began when the Native Americans and the Pilgrims decided to share the harvest - now there can only be one reason why and one thing we can all learn from this: We are ONE. Have the most joyful Thanksgiving of your life, and keep being thankful all year long!

Peace of I,

Phil

"The Open Man"

I like sports and am always looking for good metaphors in sports. In basketball, football, soccer and hockey, the ball, or puck, is supposed to go to "the open man." That's a player who is in the clear and not being impeded by any defender. Conversely, the ball or puck should not be passed to anyone who is covered or in anyway impeded. Things come to us when we are clear, and if we're really clear, we can really score. Keep cleaning!

Peace of I,
